Perhaps we better explain the name, from the village of Muff in Donegal steeped in tradition and legacy comes an award winning craft Gin made from Irish potatoes, Inspired by the brand owners Grandfather, a well-known potato farmer that made his own potato spirit for many years.

Muff features 9 delicious and fresh botanicals including Rosemary, Elderflower, lemon and mandarin as well as Champagne essence. This combination makes a very smooth, creamy texture, which we expect from spirits made from potatoes rather than grains, with citrus top notes. A delicious invention and easy Awesome Drink.

We suggest savoring the flavour, only adding premium tonic, a slice of orange to compliment the citrus notes and a sprig of rosemary.

"Pink Muff"

INGREDIENTS 

35ml Muff Gin

15ml Maraschino (cherry liqueur)

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

20ml Gomme  Sugar Syrup

METHOD

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
